Leadership

Pastor Corey Young came to BGBC to be our Senior Pastor in January 2024.  Corey is married to the love of his life, Jessica, and they have two daughters, Addy (10) and Vivi (6).  Pastor Corey has previously served as a youth minister and  an administrative pastor at churches in KY and VA .  Corey holds a Bachelor's and Master's from Campbellsville University (KY), and a Doctor of Ministry from The Southern BaptistTheological Seminary (KY).  

Bro Dave Campbell currently serves at BGBC as Pastor Emeritus. Before this role, he served as the Senior Pastor for 28 years, starting in October 1994.  Dave is married to his lovely  wife Barbara and they have three grown children and one grandson. Dave received his Masters in Divinity Degree through The Southern Theological Seminary (KY).

Ethan Mitchell came to Buck Grove as Music Director in 2023. Ethan recently got married to his wife Stephanie. Ethan received his Bachelor's in Music through Boyce College, the undergraduate school of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (KY).

Daniel Spiegel came to Buck Grove as the Pianist in 2007. Daniel is married to his wife, Sarah and has two daughters Sophia (15) and Elinor (1). Daniel has served as an Army Chaplain, and along with being the Pianist, is currently serving as a Yokefellow with the BGBC Deacon's. Daniel received a Master of Divinity through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (KY).

Ms. Shirley has been playing the organ at Buck Grove since 2010. Shirley is a former Meade County music teacher and still subs from time to time. She has a deep love of music, accomplished pianist and piano teacher.

Mrs. Sue Reesor came to Buck Grove as the Custodian in 1990. Along with her custodial duties, Mrs. Sue has served in a number of different roles at BGBC. Mrs. Sue loves Jesus and serves BGBC with passion and excellence. Mrs. Sue is married to her husband Jim, and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Shelley and her family relocated to the area back in 2012 and began attending Buck Grove in 2013. She has been in her position since 2017. Shelley has been married to her husband Jeff for 31 years and they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
